Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Items must show no signs of setup or use.
- Proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt, order number, or the first and last name used during purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@abrahamharmonics.com. Returns require an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form, which includes the return address and shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Process
If your return is approved:
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Restocking fees of 10% will apply to cover shipping, restocking, and inspection expenses.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your items upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and take corrective action.
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
