1: ONLINE STORE TERMS

1.1 You must be eighteen years of age to assess the Online Store. By accessing, using, or visiting this Site, you agree to represent that you are at least eighteen years of age or the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you authorize your minor dependent to use this Site.

1.2 All Terms of Use refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment for the Products, which include the hyperbaric chambers, components, and accessories provided for sale on this Site.

1.3 You may not use this Site or the Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

1.4 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order of any SKU of the Products. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

2: GENERAL CONDITIONS

2.1 We reserve the right:

  • (i) report to law enforcement authorities and/or take legal action against anyone who violates these Terms of Use;
  • (ii) screen our users or members, or attempt to verify the statements of our users or members;
  • (iii) to terminate or block users for any reason or no reason;
  • (iv) refuse, restrict access to or the availability of, or remove, delete, edit, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any Contribution or any portion thereof; and
  • (v) to remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.

2.2 Your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

2.3 You shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.

2.4 You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to this Site.

3.1 We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

4: MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRODUCT AND PRICES

4.1 Prices for the Products are subject to change without notice.

4.2 We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue this Site (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

4.3 We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5: THE PRODUCTS

5.1 The “Products” include, but are not limited to, the hyperbaric chambers, components, and accessories provided for sale on this Site. Abraham Harmonics does not offer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy or Hyperbaric Air Therapy as a service.

5.2 Certain Products may be available exclusively online through this Site. These Products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

5.3 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the Products that appear at the store, but we make no guarantee with regards thereto.

5.4 We reserve the right to limit the sales of the Products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

5.5 All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time, without notice, and at Abraham Harmonics’ sole discretion.

5.6 We reserve the right to discontinue any stock keeping unit of the Products at any time.

5.7 Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.

5.8 We do not warrant that the quality of the Products will meet your expectations. However, we offer a free two-year warranty certificate on chambers and the Pro All-In One unit; a free lifetime support on all orders through Abraham Harmonics & Authorized Retailers; and free shipping on all available items.

5.9 Home Use of the Products: Although Abraham Harmonics Chambers are manufactured and designed to be used in the provision of HBOT and HBAT, Abraham Harmonics does not provide HBOT and HBAT services.

Abraham Harmonics Chambers are FDA Class II medical devices, and the FDA recommends you check with your health care provider before using a HBOT device to make sure you are pursuing the most appropriate care. FDA Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Facts. Accordingly, when you order your Abraham Harmonics Chamber, we will ask you to submit a copy of your HBOT prescription. HBOT prescriptions are not required for hospitals, nursing homes, doctors’ offices, or health care facilities.

5.10 Clinical/Professional Use: Clinical or medical professionals must be a licensed Medical Doctor or above to be able to purchase a hyperbaric chamber. To administer sessions to clients, you must have a hyperbaric technician certificate, be a licensed physician or above, and have a licensed physician and hyperbaric technician available to oversee the sessions being given.

Abraham Harmonics holds the right to refuse service to those who cannot prove they have medical prescriptions or who cannot validate their medical certifications. Abraham Harmonics shall not be responsible for clinical professionals operating without licensing or unauthorized home or clinical usage. You may purchase an Abraham Harmonics chamber and then get your licensing & prescription.

Once you are able to provide proof of certifications & prescriptions, we will ship the chosen chamber to you. Once you have obtained a prescription, please email your prescription number or images to info@abrahamharmonics.com. Any usage over 1.4 ATA is considered medical-grade hyperbaric pressure. SECTION 6: ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

6.1 You shall provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

6.2 You shall promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
